These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the text-message (SMS) notification program operated by Premier Caterers ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number for work purposes and agreeing to receive our messages, you accept these Terms.

Program Description

This program sends internal operational text notifications to Premier Caterers staff and crew. Messages relate to catering events — for example, event change notices, schedule and assignment updates, setup times, and other work-related operational information. This program is for our own team and is not used to send marketing or promotional messages.

How You Join

Staff members provide their mobile number to Premier Caterers as part of their work, and management enters it into our internal operations system. By providing your number, you consent to receive the operational text messages described above. This is not a public sign-up program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on business activity and how many events require updates. You may receive messages only occasionally, or several in a busy week.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Premier Caterers is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

How to Get Help

How to Opt Out

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will no longer receive text messages from this program. You may also opt out by contacting us at the email above.

Privacy

Your mobile number and your consent to receive messages are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
