It’s all up to you when you can choose from three types of lettuces, many different vegetables, a bunch of toppings, (including chicken and meat) and a bunch of different dressings tossed and mixed to your liking.

Guacamole station

First watch the station attendants making fresh hass avocado guacamole with authentic stone mortar and pestles.  Then add in your choice of several fillers such as lime, cilantro, diced tomatoes, red onions plus more.  

Accompanied with fresh salsa as well as “fried in front of you” crispy assorted colored tortilla chips
